Only guests named in the booking request will be allowed an overnight stay.
Free Airport Transfers
After we receive your flight information, we will arrange your free pick-up at Puerto Plata ( POP ) or near by airport only. Flight information must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival. If you wish to fly into another airport, it is your responsibility to arrange for transfer to and from the resort. Also, you will need to contact the front desk at the resort at least 2 days prior to your departure to guarantee free transport back to the airport.
Villa guests will receive 1 golf cart per confirmation/group.
The lead passenger on your reservation must be at least 18 years of age and be present the entire trip. Proof of Age will be required
Villas are assigned at check-in. While we can make a request for a specific villa, it is not guaranteed, and the resort will not provide villa numbers before check-in.
When booking a 5 or 6 bedroom villa, please be aware that if unforeseen circumstance should arise,
the resort may provide you with 2 x 3 bedroom villas very close to each other instead at no additional cost. Only one Golf Cart will be given for the two 3 bedroom villas unless there is availability. Otherwise, there is door-to-door shuttle service available.
Cancellation policy is as follows whether for personal reasons, weather-related or other:
- Reservations are fully refundable until 1 month prior to arrival. **
- Once within a month, reservations are non-refundable.
- Cancellations in less than One month results in forfeit of your unit rental payment.
- We can request one date shift to your reservation; within a month this is at the Resort’s discretion. Based upon availability of requested new dates.

Flight Cancellations/ Changes
The resort will do their best to accommodate any unfortunate changes in your flight schedule. However, Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club and Member are not liable for any cost incurred due to a canceled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier.
Members Only Areas
There are a few resort areas and privileges that are off-limits. These include:
No access to Azul Restaurant, Our guests do have access to the 14 other restaurants including VIP Gourmet and the 28 bars located throughout the resort. The Restaurant selection is incredible. Take note some of the restaurants require slacks for the men and require reservations.
No guaranteed limo or helicopter transfer (member only benefit). Guests are typically picked up by VIP Van.
